Central Registrar

If you are new to Goshen Schools, you may come to the Administration Center to register your student.  We are located at 613 E. Purl Street, which is directly behind Goshen High School.  If you have questions or need more information, please call (574) 971-4149.

All families new to Goshen Community Schools should register at Central Registration.

Our bilingual registrar will assist you in the registration process and arrange for building level enrollment.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 11:30 AM and 1 PM to 3:30 PM. Appointments are available, but not necessary unless outside of normal hours. We will have extended hours on Thursday, July 31 and Tuesday, August 5th. Those two days we will be open from 8:00 - 11:30 and 1:00 - 7:30.

Forms to bring to registration include:

  • Proof of Residency is required. (Example: building permit, deed, rental agreement, tax statement, voter registration card)
  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Student's Social Security Number (optional)
  • Student's last Report Card
  • Student's Transcript (for high school students only)
  • Student's Immunization Records
  • Student's Medical Alerts or Conditions if any

And, if applicable, a copy of:

  • Custody Papers
  • Student's current program information for Special Services:
    • Gifted Program
    • Title 1 Program
    • Special Education Programs
